Miami, a Republican activist illegally filling out absentee ballots
for voters, and other reports have established absentee ballot fraud
in six Florida Counties. It appears less than coincidental that the
central figure in the most notorious case of election fraud in recent
U.S. history, Xavier Suarez, now on the Executive Committee of the Miami
